Every class we run is backed by deep expertise. Our programs are designed by senior trainers with over 15 years’ experience and an obsession with the latest strength and fitness science. From LIFT, which runs in six-week cycles, to SWEAT (HIIT) and GRIND (MetCon), every session is part of a bigger plan. Nothing is random. Nothing is thrown together. SWEAT isn’t just a hard hit for the sake of it—it’s built to complement your week and support real progress.

We know getting to the gym takes effort, so our job is to make sure every minute counts. Our programming is functional, measurable, motivating and built around you—your goals, your strength, your results. Because when you train with purpose, progress follows. And we’re here to help you get there, every single time.

lift

COACHED BY ADAM, LUKE, MATT, TOM, EMMA AND CLIODHNA

A strength-based class focusing on compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, and bench press. You’ll track your progress in The Bones app, recording lifts to ensure steady, consistent progression as you build strength and mobility. Classes are capped at 8 people, ensuring highly personalised attention from your trainer for optimal results. 

SWEAT

SEE THE TIMETABLE

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session that delivers a full-body workout through short, intense bursts of effort followed by brief recovery. SWEAT is epic for building cardiovascular fitness, reducing body fat, and lighting a fire under your fitness. It's also a powerful way to boost energy, mood and mental clarity. Expect loud music, fast pace, and endorphins for days.

A full-body workout using compound and dynamic movements performed at high intensity for longer durations than HIIT. GRIND pushes you through sustained effort, targeting all three energy systems (ATP, anaerobic, and aerobic) to deliver serious gains in strength, endurance and conditioning. Expect a challenge, a sweat, and the kind of grit that builds lasting fitness.

Low-intensity yoga for all levels, designed to improve mobility for life and lifting. Perfect for maintaining flexibility and overall wellness.

The Hybrid session combines the best of SWEAT and GRIND for a killer end-of-week workout. It’s high-energy, high-impact, and packed with community vibes – the perfect mix of intensity, endurance and the perfect to launch into your weekend teeming with endorphins.

MONDAYS & FRIDAYS AT 10:45AM

Take some time for yourself — to rebuild strength, confidence and fitness in a supportive space, while your little one plays nearby in a secure playpen.

Our sessions are designed for women who’ve completed post-birth pelvic floor rehab with an osteo or physio, and focus on gradual strength recovery through tailored programming. We provide all the essentials — toys, nappies, change area, coffee — so you can focus on moving well, at your own pace, in a safe and social environment.
