WHAT WE DO

Small group and personal training

Our classes are designed to deliver a balanced weekly workout, each program created with clear objectives. LIFT cycles in 6-week blocks (you can join at any time), focusing on muscle groups and movements that are then built on and complemented by the next cycle. You'll record and track your results in The Bones app, ensuring a solid and rewarding record of your progress. Everything is considered, nothing is just for the sake of it. You and your goals are front and centre always.

  • LIFT

    A strength-based class focusing on compound lifts like barbell deadlifts, squats, leg press, bench press etc.

  • SWEAT

    A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session that delivers an epic full-body workout of high intensity bursts.

  • GRIND

    A full-body metcon workout using compound and dynamic movements at high intensity for longer durations than HIIT.

  • MUMS & BUBS

    Strength training sessions designed for mums keen to get back into fitness safely and confidently.

  • PT

    Highly personalised training tailored to your goals, based on a thorough assessment of your body and how you move.

  • INFRARED SAUNA

    Infrared sauna designed to support recovery, reduce stress, boost circulation, and enhance overall health and wellbeing.
